Take care of yourself…

Going into summer, it’s very important to take good care of your skin. This Friday’s favorites are great for your skin (and your wallet).

Clinique Even Better Clinical Dark Spot Corrector: ($40) Helps to relieve sunspots and other unwanted markings on face and neck area. Even works for sensitive skin.

St. Ives Apricot Scrub: ($5-7) Smells great. Feels even better. Microbeads help to open up pores and improve complexion.

St. Ives Timeless Skin: ($4-5) Collagen and elastin formula moisturizer helps to improve the look of skin. Great to start anti-aging early!!

Better Late than Never…

Here are some verrrrrrrrry belated favorites. Enjoy!!

Maybelline BB Creme: A drugstore favorite, this BB creme does the trick For just $7, you get a great moisturizer, SPF 15 sunscreen, AND a lovely tint that can help to naturally even your skin tone. What a BBargain! ;)

Bath and Body Works Aromatherapy Stress Relief Hand Cream: This is a must have for anyone as high-stress as Vnut. Whenever she comes into my room flipping out, I squirt a little bit of this into her palm and she calms down. For $10, get some for your high-stress friends.

The POREfessional: Once again, Benefit is on the favorites. This foundation primer can help minimize the appearance of pores. It also smells great and makes your skin silky smooth. It’s a bit of a splurge on our college budget, $30, but if you feel like treating yourself to something that will make you feel fancy, this is a good option.

Much love. Thanks for all your patience- we’re still learning. :) See you soon.

Buckets of fun…
Just picked these babies up for $1 each from Target. They’re dry-erase and perfect for holding brushes, etc. I tend to be a bit of a mess when I put my face on in the morning, so these little buckets allow me to literally DUMP all my stuff once I’m done. Just thought I’d share a new idea on how to store makeup in a cute, compact, cheap, and low-maintenance way. :) Hope everyone is having a great weekend.
